We’re excited to share that Entrust Property Solutions is featured in this year’s Evolution issue of Springfield Business Journal - an annual spotlight on growth, innovation, and leadership across the region.
What began in 2016 as a startup founded to provide property management
services alongside Greenway Development Group has grown into a full-service, independent firm managing over $250 million in assets across 8 markets. Our experience spans multifamily, mixed-use, commercial retail, HOA, RV, and storage, with a focus on high-impact markets in Missouri and Montana.

From day one, our mission has been rooted in three pillars: operational excellence, a people-first culture, and long-term value creation. That mission continues to guide our work today. With a 95% occupancy rate and a growing list of long-standing client partnerships, we’re proud of how far we’ve come, but we’re even more excited about where we’re headed.
Expansion & Innovation
Entrust continues to grow our footprint across our home base in the 417 Market and throughout Montana’s Flathead Valley, including Great Falls, Whitefish, Columbia Falls, and Kalispell. We’re proud to build on the momentum of our existing partnerships while welcoming new ones, delivering trusted property management solutions in markets where demand is high and performance matters.
As our portfolio grows, we’re also expanding the reach of our development services, partnering with owners and developers early in the process. From space planning and amenity design to branding, marketing, and lease-up execution, our strategic involvement ensures that new developments launch strong and stay competitive.
We’re embracing technology and innovation, integrating AI-driven tools to streamline reporting, resident communication, and operational workflows. It’s all about improving responsiveness, and increasing value for both clients and residents.
Built by People, Backed by Purpose
Our growth is only possible because of the people behind it. Our ownership team, Brent Brown (CEO), Amanda Hall (President/COO), Aimee Earl (VP of Operations), and Nikki Lintz (Regional Director) brings decades of combined industry expertise and a shared vision for service excellence.

We’ve also built a team culture we’re proud of, recognized as one of 417 Magazine’s Top 20 Places to Work in 2022. Our people are empowered, valued, and driven by purpose.
Looking Ahead
As we look to 2026 and beyond, Entrust remains focused on the fundamentals that got us here: accountability, service, partnership, and results. We’re expanding smart, investing in our people, and staying nimble in a fast-evolving industry.
To the clients who’ve placed their trust in us, the team who shows up every day with excellence, and the communities we serve - thank you! The next chapter of Entrust is already underway, and we’re excited to grow together.
