About the Role

The Leasing Agent Position is responsible for the entire customer and resident experience including marketing, leasing, customer service, resident retention, and administrative tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing team and Property Manager to develop, execute, and oversee the marketing needs and implementation for the property, including ILS listings, social media, reputation management, and leasing incentives (as needed).

  • Handle all property calls, emails, and messages from vendors, prospects, residents, etc. Answer questions, take messages, schedule tours, and handle resident concerns in a professional courteous manner.

  • Receive and respond to all emails and property inquiries promptly. Convert prospective residents to tours by answering their questions promptly and accurately and inviting each call received to visit the property. Ensure professional and consistent follow-up with prospects to increase conversion rate.

  • Conduct property tours in a professional courteous manner with prospective residents and their guests and accurately communicate the benefits and features of the community.

  • Be responsive and assist residents promptly and professionally. Address resident concerns as necessary and offer the best possible customer experience to drive resident retention through service.

  • Assist prospective residents through the leasing process by sending and screening applications, generating lease documents, capturing signatures, and completing all lease paperwork promptly.

  • Provide current and prospective residents with the best possible customer service. Always display a high level of integrity and professionalism.

  • Ensure overall cleanliness and organization, maintain and purchase all necessary property supplies, complete work orders promptly, and assist with reporting needs.

  • Comply with all state, federal and local Fair Housing laws.

  • Comply with company policies and state and federal safety practices and regulations.

  • Perform all other duties as assigned.





Education / Licensure:

HS Diploma or equivalent required.


Experience:

· Experienced in Microsoft Office.

· Excellent written and verbal skills.

· Must be proficient in English.

· Strong customer service skills.

· Ability to multi-task and adapt to faced paced environment
