Ken Stoll
Founder, Chief Executive Officer & Chairman
Mr. Stoll oversees all aspects of business development, sales and marketing and planning. Mr. Stoll earned his Bachelor degrees from Thomas More College in Kentucky (1984) in Business Management, Economics and Psychology. Mr. Stoll has more that 20 years of experience in various industries including financial services, rent-to-own, mortgage banking, retail, card marketing and merchant loyalty. Ken founded a chain of rental stores, The Rental Store, Inc. which grew to one of the largest rent-to-own companies in the Midwest. Following its sale to a NYSE company in 1998, he founded Financial Care, Inc. He acted as President and grew Financial Care into a leading Financial Services firm in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky specializing in non conforming mortgages and credit enhancement services.

Hirsch Wise
President & Chief Operations Officer
Hirsch Wise is a 1966 graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a B.A. in Psychology. Hirsch has successfully owned and operated four businesses. As President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of the A.B. Wise and Sons, Inc., he grew revenues from $.5M to $26M increasing variety from 300 to 10,000 items during his 34 year career. In 1995, Hirsch coordinated an expansion and opened up a division of the company in Atlanta. Hirsch guided the Cincinnati operation, after 70 years and four generations, to a profitable sale in 1998. Hirsch has worked closely with Entrust America, Inc. and ID Guarantee Corporation for almost two years. He was initially an investor, then a consultant, then a member of our board of directors, then a very substantial investor and now, because of his commitment to our model and our vision, is our President, COO.

Myles Cairns CMA
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Cairns has over twenty years of financial, operational and management experience in sales oriented organizations, real estate and technology industries. He has pre and post-IPO experience, has successfully completed numerous private and public financings including taking three Companies public through the IPO process and has significant M&A transaction experience. He has also had significant strategic planning and operational experience with oversight responsibility for multiple business units. Mr. Cairns is a Certified Management Accountant and his solid background in managing change in a fast-paced, growth oriented companies and experience with the investment banking community will significantly strengthen the senior management team as we grow Entrust America, Inc. and ID Guarantee Corporation. His responsibilities will encompass efficient coordination of all financial and administrative activities of the company.

Matthew LaMey
Co-Founder & Vice President Systems Integration
Mr. LaMey has worked in partnership with Ken Stoll for over two decades. He provides the operational and systems support essential to make Entrust America, Inc. and ID Guarantee Corporation successful. Matt is a skilled online technician. He has invaluable, direct experience in developing corporations from the conceptual stage to the start up, to the full operational phases of development. He is the glue behind the scenes that ensures that day to day corporate systems continue to function seamlessly as designed. Mr. LaMey specializes in analyzing existing operations and implementing technologies to improve corporate and individual efficiencies. Mr. LaMey is additionally skilled with hands-on knowledge of project planning from the simple to the Corporate Web-based Microsoft Project Plans for all types of start-ups and project initiatives. Matt is skilled in overseeing all aspects of IT and ensuring that corporate systems are in place and running effectively. His experience in payment processing, systems, IT and finance are integral to the ID Guarantee team’s success.

P. J. Weidner
Vice President of Sales
Mr. Weidner earned a Master’s Degree in Sports Marketing from Miami University (Ohio) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communication from Miami University. Mr. Weidner is an entrepreneur with a passion for people and an attitude of excellence. He has successfully built a real estate development company, trained over 500 people for an eight figure capital campaign, and been a top producer in the fields of technology, fundraising, and media sales. Mr. Weidner honed his public speaking skills as a consultant from 2000 – 2006 while teaching communication and strategy to tens of thousands. Mr. Weidner brings 15 years of sales and marketing experience to Entrust America, Inc. and ID Guarantee Corporation’s leadership team. Mr. Weidner, as the Vice President of Corporate Sales, oversees all existing sales relationships and future sales/partnership opportunities.

Stan Solomon
Vice President of Retail Sales
Mr. Solomon is the former host of a nationally syndicated radio talk show that had over a million listeners on a daily basis. He has hosted his own daily television talk show multiple times. He is a former principle with the SEC, a former Registered Investment Advisor, a former Real Estate Broker and a current Rare Book specialist. He has owned and operated businesses in real estate, finance, retail, advertising, broadcasting, construction and internet. Mr. Solomon has the people, intellectual and educational skills to help formulate and executed successful plans of action. His enthusiasm is an essential part of our marketing plan. He created the compensation plan upon which the Entrust America side of our business model will build from . . . by developing, overseeing and executing the means by which Entrust America, Inc. and ID Guarantee Corporation will become known, regarded and trusted.

Gene Turner
Corporate Spokesperson & Trainer
Gene will eventually oversee all training of Agents, Agency Owners and Corporate sales professionals. He has the designation of Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist (CITRMS) from The Institute of Consumer Financial Education. Gene worked for the Social Security Administration while attending Rockhurst College, where he earned a degree in Business Management and Marketing. Gene has had a successful career in sales, but is nationally known for his passion as a magician and pickpocket entertainer. He now performs over 200 times per year as an entertainer and speaker, and was named "The Best Magician in Kansas City" by KSHB, TV 41.

Bob Berendsen
Visual Communications
Mr. Berendsen is a skilled and talented design manager who is responsible for graphic development and integration of the Entrust America brand. Bob specializes in corporate identity design through all visual channels, including the internet, brochures and all print collaterals. Over the years he has worked on marketing and design projects with Fortune 500 companies like Procter & Gamble, Dial Soap and the Wall Street Journal.
