Financial Care, INC. (DBA Entrust America and ID Guarantee Corporation)
a Delaware corporation (the "Company") adopted a Master Agent Revenue Participation Plan
Plan effective as of January 15, 2009. The Company desires to attract, recruit and retain key individuals to promote our product and service offerings and participate in the revenues from both Entrust America retail initiatives and ID Guarantee Corporation business to business initiatives. The Plan allows remuneration in the means of commissions and allows for a stock incentive plan that is performance based.
The purposes of this Plan are as follows:
(1) To further the growth, development, and financial success
of the Company by providing additional incentives to certain of its field force members
and the marketing partners of its subsidiaries.
(2) To permit such marketing partners to benefit directly from the
Company's growth, development, and financial success.
(3) To enable the Company to attract and retain the services
of the type of managerial and marketing partners considered essential to
the long-range success of the Company.

- Revenue Share in perpetuity until a 10 time investment pay out or R.O.I. is earned.

- 10% personal commission on personal sales and 50% matching bonus paid out on any personally sponsored Agent, General Agent or Master Agent based on their personal production or team production.
- Eligible to receive up to 1000 shares of common stock currently marketed for $1.00 per share in parent company Financial Care, Inc. and it’s subsidiaries Entrust America and ID Guarantee Corporation. In order to earn common stock Master Agent must create, sell or produce $2000 Gross Revenue or Top Line revenue for the Corporation.
